How I work

Psychedelic preparation and integration

Conversations before and after an experience can help clarify intentions, boundaries, resources and the meaning of what was experienced.

What does preparation involve?

Preparation focuses on intentions, expectations, boundaries, resources, context and a realistic view of risk. It is not medical screening and it is not a recommendation to use a substance. Health conditions and medication questions should be discussed with an appropriately qualified physician.

What does integration involve?

After an experience, we can make space for the emotions, images, insights, difficulties and questions that remain. The aim is not to impose one “correct” interpretation, but to explore what is genuinely meaningful and how it can be translated safely into everyday life.

Boundaries of this service

I do not provide substances, facilitate their acquisition, conduct sessions involving their use or provide dosing instructions. Support is limited to preparation and integration within applicable law and does not replace medical care or psychotherapy.

This page is informational. The scope of work is always adapted to your situation and does not replace medical diagnosis or care.
